Stress is nothing more than an illusion brought on by our minds that something is amiss or that it will have a bad outcome. Stress is just a product of our perception and response to specific circumstances. Nothing in our lives is good or bad; everything that occurs is only the result of our past deeds. Please, don't pull the blame on yourself now. Everyone experiences it since nobody can reach their destination without first following a path. All we can do is choose the appropriate course of action. And yoga is the proper route.

Now, I'm not claiming that if you practice yoga, all stressful situations will go away. You must realise these four things:

  1. What point will you be able to recognise who you really are?

  2. What made you come into this world full of sweetness and some sourness?

  3. What is the true intention behind this?

  4. Where will you go after death?

You will then be able to realise this tension and discover true peace.
